Renee Sharp is an Honors Graduate of FSCJ with an AA in Business Administration and an avid entrepreneur. She is the President of F&R Professional Cleaning, Inc., a company she co-owned with her fiancé Frederick for 13 years. When she is not committed to her passion for business, she spends her time with family enjoying outdoor activities and live music events.

F&R Professional Cleaning, Inc., a full service cleaning company, offers a wide range of services including residential, general commercial, retail, restaurant/kitchen cleaning, construction cleaning, janitorial contracts, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor stripping and waxing.

Gibbs Group, Inc. - Sheldon Gibbs

Sheldon Gibbs, PE received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University in 1997. Sheldon developed an affinity for structural design and was passionate about bridges and structural design. Sheldon’s quest for knowledge and understanding of engineering principles eventually began to catch the eyes of top executives in giving him opportunities to work on some of the most iconic projects of our time including: The Wonderwood Expressway in Jacksonville, FL; The Big Dig in Boston, MA; and The Urban Train in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico.

With encouragement from family and close friends, Sheldon co-founded Gibbs Group, Inc. in the spring of 2007. Since that time, he has been involved with multiple facets of engineering including: site, civil, stormwater, construction oversight, maintenance of traffic and forensics engineering. Sheldon has even been deposed as an expert witness in multiple construction related claims in which his opinions have been upheld. In his free time, Sheldon enjoys music and travelling with friends and family. After many years of preparation, he recently became husband and a first-time father to an inquisitive baby boy. Grateful for an amazing and rewarding career, Sheldon enjoys overcoming challenges within the industry.

Lumbee Resource Management - Johnny Helm

Johnny Helms is a member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina Native Americans Indians.  He was born and raised in Lumberton, North Carolina. Mr. Helms moved from North Carolina in 1990 to Athens, Georgia where his father, a Navy veteran, was assigned to that Navy Supply School. Mr. Helms is the Founder, President and CEO of Lumbee Group since 2012; the Founder, President and CEO of Johnny Helms Consulting since 2013; and Founder and CEO of Chocolate Legacy Candy Company since 2015, and partners in a few other companies in Jacksonville, FL.

 The Lumbee Group is an 8(a) Native American Indian Owner Company and Certified Minority Owned Business headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida with offices in Atlanta, Ga. The Company provides its customers with assistance in IT-Managed Servers, IT equipment procurement, Cloud Solutions, Tele-health On-Demand Services, Tele-healthcare & Telemedicine Technology, staffing employee placement and consulting, and technology solutions and Motivation Speaking. The Lumbee Group has serviced various branches of the United States Federal Armed Forces, DOJ-Department of Justice, NOAA- U.S Department of Commerce including the City of Jacksonville, FL., Jacksonville Jaguars and multiple cities, police departments, Hospitals, small and large business nationwide. In 2016, Johnny Helms was elected on a two year set term by Governor Rick Scott for the Florida Advisory Council on Small and Minority Business Development for the State of Florida. Mr. Helms also sits on multiple boards in North Florida – USO, Jax. Chamber Military Issues Committee and AFCEA. Outside of his role with the Companies, Mr. Helms volunteers his time with Celebration Church and many charity organization.
